GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon stick margarine; chilled
1 egg white
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine sugar, margarine and egg white in a bowl; beat at medium speed of mixer until blended. Add crumbs and cinnamon; toss with a fork until moistened. Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned; let cool on wire rack.
Yields (1) 9-inch crust
