GARDEN-VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD
3 cups cooked rotini (corkscrew pasta)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes; quartered
3/4 cup lean turkey ham; diced
1/2 cup carrot; sliced
1/2 cup red onion; vertically sliced
1/3 cup ripe olives; sliced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup light ranch dressing
1. Combine rotini, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, turkey ham, carrot, red onion, olives, Parmesan cheese and basil in a bowl. Combine sour cream, buttermilk and ranch dressing; stir well. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
