GARDEN-FRESH PRIMAVERA
8 oz. uncooked linguine
1 cup green beans (about 4 oz.); cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup mushrooms(about 3 oz.); cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 medium tomato; cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium carrot; cut into 1/4-inch diagonal slices
1/2 medium green bell pepper; cut into 2" X 1/4" pieces
1 (8 oz.) bottle fat-free Italian dressing
fresh ground black pepper; to taste
1. Cook linguine as directed on package, adding green beans during last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain linguine and beans. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2. Toss linguine, beans and remaining ingredients except pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with pepper.
