EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 1/2 cups cooked rice

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken; diced

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte FreshCut French Style Seasoned Green Beans; undrained

1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts; drained

green onions (optional)

Parmesan cheese (optional)


1. Combine all ingredients; stir gently to mix well. Spoon into an 11" X 8" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with sliced green onions and Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Yields 6 servings
