BANANA-CITRUS SORBET


3 ripe bananas

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

2 cups water

1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice

1. Place bananas in food processor; process until smooth. Add sugar and
lemon juice; process until well-blended. Pour mixture into the freezer can
of an ice-cream freezer; add water and orange juice, stirring well.

2. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into freezer-safe
container; cover and freeze.

Yields 8 servings (Serving size = 1 cup)
