CHICKEN IN CREAM SAUCE


8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 envelope dry Italian dressing mix

4 oz. fat-free cream cheese

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup green onion stems (green part only); chopped

1/3 cup dry white wine

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Lay the chicken breasts in a 2-qt. baking dish coated with non-stick
cooking spray.

3. In a microwave or small pot, heat the Italian dressing mix, cream cheese
and soup, stirring until well blended.

4. Add the green onion stems and wine. Pour the sauce over the chicken and
bake for 1 hour.
