Chamomile / Allspice / Pine

Chamomile = 10 drops

Allspice = 5 drops

Pine = 5 drops

Pure Water = 4 fluid oz.

Honey = 1/2 teaspoon

Mix all ingredients in a mist sprayer. Shake well, then mist once or twice directly into the mouth.
