SLUSH PUPPY PUNCH


9 cups seeded watermelon; cubed & divided

1 cup white rum

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

3 tablespoons sugar

1 (10 oz.) can frozen strawberry daiquiri mix; thawed & undiluted

* NOTE - daiquiri mix is non-alcoholic

1. Place half of watermelon cubes in a bowl; cover and freeze until firm.

2. Place remaining watermelon cubes, white rum, lime juice, sugar and
daiquiri mix into a blender and process until smooth. Pour half of pureed
mixture into a large pitcher. Add frozen watermelon cubes to remaining
pureed mixture in blender and process until smooth. Pour pureed mixture
into large pitcher. Serve immediately over ice.

Yields 16 servings (Serving size = 1/2 cup)
