THE VINAIGRETTE


1 cup Heinz White or Apple Cider Vinegar

1 cup olive oil

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon dried dill *

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or combine in jar and
shake vigorously.

* If used as a marinade for chicken, substitute tarragon leaves in place of
the dill.

** CHEF'S NOTE: Experiment with your own favorite herbs and spices. The
Vinaigrette will keep in refrigerator for two or three weeks.

Yields 2 cups
