STRAWBERRY-PEPPERCORN VINAIGRETTE


1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries; cut up and thawed if frozen

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1. Combine strawberries, red wine vinegar and cracked black pepper in a
blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and blend or process until
smooth.

Yields 1 cup
