BROWNED GARLIC-AND-BURGUNDY MARINADE


2 teaspoons olive oil

cooking spray

3 cloves garlic; thinly sliced

3/4 cup dry red wine

3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

1. Heat oil in a small non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over
medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic; saute 5 minutes or until brown.
Remove from heat; stir in wine, soy sauce and tarragon.

Yields 1 cup
