| Wash dried beans. Place
into a saucepan. Add water2 cm upper than beans. Boil for 30 minutes. Strain boiled beans with perforated skimmer. Melt and fry butter in a saucepan. Add meat and fry for 6-7 minutes until colour changed to rosy. Roll meat for 2 minutes and add tomatoes. Mix for 2 minutes more for frying. Add meat broth, salt, boiled beans. Close cover and wait cooking for 2 hours. |
