Receipt8 pieces lamb cutlet Salt Black pepper 2 onions 100 gr mushrooms 100 gr margarine 2 soupspoon olive oil 4 fresh red chillies 2 pumpkin 2 soupspoon tomato paste 1/2 sheaf parsley |

| Wash cutlets under cold water and drain. Add salt and black pepper. Slice onion. Wash vegetables and mushrooms and chop in small pieces. Melt margarine and olive oil in a frypan. Add cutlets and fry with stiring. Place fried cutlets in a plate and keep in hot. Add onion, vegetables and tomato paste to hot oil. After frying add water of 1/2 glass and wait until boiled. Add vegetables to near of fried cutlets as garnish. Sprinkle parsley. |
