Lamb Cutlet With Vegetables

8 pieces lamb cutlet
Salt
Black pepper
2 onions
100 gr mushrooms
100 gr margarine
2 soupspoon olive oil
4 fresh red chillies
2 pumpkin
2 soupspoon tomato paste
1/2 sheaf parsley
lamb cutlet
Wash cutlets under cold water and drain. Add salt and black pepper. Slice onion. Wash vegetables and mushrooms and chop in small pieces. Melt margarine and olive oil in a frypan. Add cutlets and fry with stiring. Place fried cutlets in a plate and keep in hot. Add onion, vegetables and tomato paste to hot oil. After frying add water of 1/2 glass and wait until boiled. Add vegetables to near of fried cutlets as garnish. Sprinkle parsley.
