Lamb With Yoghurt

700 gr lamb meat
Red minced pepper
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 soupspoon turmeric
2 soupspoon parsley, minced
Grated coconut
250 gr yoghurt
1 coffespoon ginger
20 gr butter
2 soupspoon oil
1 pich cinnamon
1 pinch coriander
2 glass meat broth

Wash the meat under cold water and drain. Chop in few pieces. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, ginger and red thick pepper to yoghurt and mix for a minute. Add this sauce on the meat and cover with it. Wait 2 hours in normal temperature of kitchen.
Melt butter in a frypan. Add meat, turmeric and yoghurt sauce to hot butter. Stir until boiled. Add slowly meat broth and cook for 40-50 minutes on light heat. Sprinkle cinnamon, coriander and coconut and add oil before finishing the cooking.
