Turkish Foods & Cookings Lamb With Yoghurt |
Receipt700 gr lamb meat Red minced pepper Salt Black pepper 1/2 soupspoon turmeric 2 soupspoon parsley, minced Grated coconut 250 gr yoghurt 1 coffespoon ginger 20 gr butter 2 soupspoon oil 1 pich cinnamon 1 pinch coriander 2 glass meat broth |

| Wash the meat under cold
water and drain. Chop in few pieces. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper,
ginger and red thick pepper to yoghurt and mix for a minute. Add this sauce
on the meat and cover with it. Wait 2 hours in normal temperature of kitchen. Melt butter in a frypan. Add meat, turmeric and yoghurt sauce to hot butter. Stir until boiled. Add slowly meat broth and cook for 40-50 minutes on light heat. Sprinkle cinnamon, coriander and coconut and add oil before finishing the cooking. |
