Turkish Cacik (Ayran With Cucumber)

1 clove garlic
800 gr yoghurt
2 cucumber, skinned and grated
100 gr water
1 soupspoon olive oil
1 soupspoon fennel, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon peppermint.
Service Person : 4

Pour yoghurt into widthest and deep bowl. Add water, salt, grated cucumber. Toss with fork properly. Add olive oil slowly to upper of sauce. Spinkle fennel, thyme and peppermint.
