Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup crunchy peanut butter (this must be crunchy, otherwise the recipe will fail)
- Beat egg, vanilla and sugar together until light
and fluffy
- Add crunchy peanut butter, and mix thoroughly
- Drop teaspoons of batter onto cookie sheet, flattening
slightly with a fork (for a more interesting patern, try a
meat tenderizer)
- Bake in a 350º oven for 7-10 minutes
- Let cool on wax paper
