Pie Pastry
5 c. pastry flour
1 lb. shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Method
1 c. flour - 1/3 shortening
2 c. flour - 1/3 shortening
2 c. flour - 1/3 shortening - 1 tsp. salt
beat in measuring cup 1 egg & 1 tsp. vinegar
add enough water to equal 1 c.
dump into flour & shortening & mix
put in fridge
Makes 6 balls
Can be frozen
