Luscious Lemon Bars

LUSCIOUS LEMON BARS

CRUST:
Combine and mix well:
1 cup softened margarine
½ cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
dash of salt

Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 º.

FILLING:
¼ cup flour
1 ½ cups sugar
4 beaten eggs
6 Tablespoons lemon juice

Combine flour and sugar; mix in beaten eggs and lemon juice. Pour into
slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered
sugar. Cut into bars.Makes 16 bars
