| Today was an eventful day. Jack and Ralph got into a big argument about Jack�s hunters and Jack got mad. Jack then got the conch and called an assembly. Jack said to the hunters that Ralph said that they were no good. Jack then created a new tribe for his hunters and the camp. Now the rest I found out by a small kid that said he watched the whole kill happen. He said that the hunters left their new camp with their face paint on to hunt. They began to follow the pig trails and soon came upon a clearing. Jack had the boys surround the clearing. Then the boys threw their spears at the biggest pig, a sow that had many piglets. Two of the spears stuck in the sow and she got up and ran. For a minute they thought they lost her till they saw a small blood trail and followed it. They found her again and attacked her once more, and got her down. Then Jack leaped on her and cut her throat. He then clean out the guts and laid them on a rock. After that Jack cut off the sow�s head and had Roger sharpen a stick on both ends. He then put the head on the stick and stuck it in a crack for the beast so it would not eat them. Maybe we should do the same because I do not want to get eaten either. Jack even invited us of for some of the pig and maybe we should start hunting to get meat because we are running out of fruit. The only bad thing is that we would have to go into the forest. No one wants to get eaten by the beast in the forest, so it might be better to not hunt. I do not know. I wanna go home. |
