For a summer school musical theater production of You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, our computer lab
teacher graciously recorded the music for us. She recorded live piano music to her computer then made
me a master CD. Using the master CD, I uploaded the tracks into I-tunes, changed the labels so they
reflected the song titles the kids were familiar with and then put the tracks in the correct order for our
show. I was also able to import sound effects through i-tunes and add them to the CD. I then burned
copies for all of the students so they could practice their songs with the exact music that would be
featured in their performace. The students loved this, and I found it wonderful to have many copies of
the master, as somehow my CDs kept disappearing...
