Review: This is another one of those movies that I like and dislike at the same
time. The story is great, the acting is great, but there’s something about it
that I still don’t like. Johnny Depp does a great job. He goes from sweet and
lovable to creepy without any feeling of abbruptness. He also does an
exceptional job of being sweet and lovable and creepy at the same time. It’s so
bizarre, but extremely cool. Charlize Theron is terrific, as she always is. The
writing was well done as was the directing. I like the movie, but its not one
of my favorites.
Trivia: Nick Cassavetes (Capt. Alex Streck) co-wrote the screenplay for Blow
with David McKenna.
