Steves 78 Trans Am.
A 78 Trans Am. 81 version fiberglass front end. I run a Pontiac 455. The bottom end is stock aside arp bolts and crank turned .020. Melling oil pump. The cylinder heads are pocket ported 6x versions giving me a compression ratioof 9.5:1, Lunati roller 1.65 ratio rockers. Performer RPM intake, slightly modified 850 Holley carb. Dyno sheet showed 420 hp and just over 500 ftlbs of torque. Turbo 350 trans and a 8.5 10 bolt rear with 3.73 gears. It has run 7:28 in 1/8, usually runs in 30's. Started on updating rear suspension last week. Going with new frame rails, ladder bars, coil overs ect.
