Jason's 79 Catalina is mostly original except for the fog lights, and cosmetic changes. The rims are from an Olds as I could not find 15" Pontiac Rally II's. The 301 2bbl is all original purrrs like a kitten and has 117,000 miles on the odometer. The only parts that have had to be replaced are the radiator and the alternator. The interior is all original too. It has red vinyl with a bench seat. The original owner had kept all of the original paper work. I have the bill of sale, window sticker, warranty info, build sheet, owners manual, and the tag that went on the flasher knob on how to use the hazards and the high beams. I bought the car as my first car in the summer of 94 for $500 and still have it. It had 64,000 original miles on it. It is my only car and is run in the winters and is starting to show some rust, but I am not planning to get rid of it soon. Not bad for a car that is over 20 years old (it was built Oct 17 1978).

This is what my car looked like when I got it.
