How to avoid the Cops.

1st rule -turn it off

it is not illegal if you are not riding, if you see a cop, and he doesn't see you, turn it off and walk it to avoid him, if being caught is inevitable. example one time I was riding downtown on the streets, and I saw this white car slowly approaching. when it was about two blocks away, I realized that it was a cop, so I shut it off, started walking it, and he drove right past me.

2nd rule-stick to the alleys when possible

If you stick to the alleys in your neighborhood, the cops are less likely to see you, plus it is kind of fun. ex I ride in the alleys whenever I can to avoid people and cops

3rd rule-

dont go up and down the street in front of your house with a bunch of your buddies, because you are more likely to get the cops called on you than you are if you are just a blur past. what are they going to say, 'I think I may have seen a kid on a minibike"? please. once, my friends and I were dragging in front of one of their houses and later turned them off for a while, during that time a cop drove by, which is kind of unusual because we did not normally see cops around there. when we started them up again, there was one, pulled up and said there was an anonymous call. bingo that was it for a few hours

4th rule-be polite and curtious, especially to police officers

If you do get pulled over, and you are polite and act kind of scared, the cop thinks that he has done his job, but if you are rude and persistent, they might get angry. for all of the times that I have gotten pulled over, they have never taken my name, only verbal warnings that I will get a ticket and my bike impounded. if you do get a warning where they take your name, stop riding for a while

when riding in a potential for children, be curtious. once I was riding, well once i was racing my friend(he had a 250cc Honda, and mid flight, I was tackled by this lunatic father who told me to slow down. he said he did not mind my riding as long as I drove slow.

5th rule- be curtious to peoples property and cars, oh and be careful.

one time I was riding with my dufas friend, and we both got beside this car at a stop sign, and we gassed it and both did wheelies from the start, I did fine, but my idiot friend lost his balance and fell bike and all into the car. those people were pissed. also, don't ride through peoples yards.

2 instances I can remember, once I was at a dead end in an alley, and I was a long rocky decent down, so i just cut through these peoples yards to the street and I got yelled at and threatened by them. i also have another dufas friend who was caught riding through peoples yards and he got the cops called on him.

to review 1. turn it off 2. stick to the alleys 3. don't go up and down the street in front of your house with a bunch of your buddies 4. be polite and curtious, especially to police officers 5. be curtious to people's property and cars
