I decided that it was time for me to sell my mustang. It was lots of fun but it wasn't practical for me any more. My son Josh started into Boy Scouts and the Air Force moved us from San Antonio to Dayton Ohio. Back in Snow country..... Hmmm, what am I going to do with a lowered mustang with 305 horsepower and razor sharp handling in the winter? Probably park it in a snowbank!

The quest for a Truck was on.

Several years ago I owned a 1954 Deuce and a half. My wife suggested that perhaps this would be the way to go. After thinking about it I agreed.

After a while my search lead me to Paul Schwartz. He runs a small business called AATFAB (All Most Anything FABrications) that sells a few trucks as well as designs and builds just about whatever you want. Paul had several trucks and after looking over what he had to offer and driving a truck we came to an agreement on the price of the rig pictured here. Paul has been a great help and seems more than willing to do what he can to put a rig in the hands of someone who appreciates it. I'd recommend him highly.

If you are in the market you can drop him an email.

"It's an awful nice truck." Paul said as we walked past the M37 you'll see in the background of some of these pictures. I can't say I could find one reason to disagree with him. The winch seems brand new and although you can see that the bumper has been repainted it's clean and rust free. Yes, those are the original shackles mounted on the bumper. All the lights and the horn work well. If you look next to the left front headlight you'll see a scoop mounted to on the side. That's the intake for the cab heater. I'm sure it will come in handy!
