The Railroad's Function

This railroad essentially functions as an Interchange between several Eastern and Western railroads and also maintains a supply route between several small towns as described below.

Union Pacific
Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy


Regional Location of the Heartland Ohio



This railroad is located fictionally in an area about 50 miles east of Cincinnati, OH and goes eastward along the Ohio River for about 75 miles. Its western terminal point is Bluffton while its eastern terminal point is Heartland City. The towns being served by the HO from Bluffton to Heartland City are Easton Coal Mines, Midland, Weston Steel Works, Bavaria, and Oreland.
