I finally did it I added a system to my Trans Am. Here are some pics of the install and what I have in it. Its not built for booming bass or ear splitting highs, its just a basic system with some flash.
First I filled the inside with Stinger "Roadkill" sound dampener
To help with the noise I did the floor with undercoating first. Then sound dampener. Then insulation. Then carpet.
Sony CDX 2250 cd player installed
Putting more "Roadkill" on the kick panels.
6 1/2 Kicker's installed in a kick panel's
6x9 Kicker subs installed in the rear deck
"Chrome Plated" Rockford Fosgate 4040dsm Amp
Everything back together..It sounds as good as it looks too!!
