I was born and raised in a semi large farming community in Illinois. Being born in the late 60's I was product of the 70's (unfortunately because of DISCO.. hahaha) So I had a normal childhood.. I did the normal kid stuff played sports with the other neighborhood kids and had camp outs and so on..
Then I discovered music in 1974 or 1975 with the band KISS, I was a HUGE KISS fan... my whole room was 1 big huge KISS poster, I had every album (yes kids real vinyl) the books, the baseball cards, shirts, everything KISS I collected. I wanted to be Gene Simmons so bad....
Then in the late 70's early 80's my music horizons expanded to groups like Van Halen, Reo Speedwagon, Cheap Trick, and so on. In this time I was in Jr High School getting ready for High School and playing football and WOMEN....(hehehe)
In my 4 years at the Township High School I played football all 4 years and Wrestled 2 years, the other 2 years I was weightlifting. My Junior year I was all confrence in football at noseguard/defensive tackle position. Then in my Senior year I wanted to be all state but couldnt because of grades and a bad knee.. To this day I still lift weights regularly I dont work out like I use to but when I do lift I always OVERDO!!!! and yes before I tore my shoulder up I could bench press over 500lbs.
The last week of my senior year I purchased my Trans Am (see rest of webpage)and its been "downhill" ever since....hehehe
My music horizons expanded even more to the "big hair" bands of the 80's. Mostly "Heavy Metal"
Barely passing High School I ventured off into the working world.. I had a few part time jobs till I got a job at a GM dealership as assistant parts manager..
After changing jobs I got my first paint job and working at a GM Dealership for 5 years I was fired for buying a truck from another dealer.. So after a year of unemployment I landed a job with the City and have been there for 14 years..(14 long years) I do it all plow snow, cut trees, run the street sweeper, haul gravel, run the garbage truck, face it Im a jack of all trades..
More things about me..Music I love all types of music (cept rap and really winny country and western) BUT...I prefer ALL TYPES OF METAL MUSIC...Or some blues like Stevie Ray Vaughn / Kenny Wayne Sheppard. It really depends on my mood I guess.. My CD collection varies from Beethooven to ZZtop and everything in between. Im really not that picky when it comes to music. My music choices may be a bit "dark" for some people, I listen to the likes of SLAYER, Black Sabbath, PANTERA, Type O Negative, Slipknot, and the all time great Iron Madien..(ED RULEZ!!) But some of my views of some types of music will make people mad or upset even worse..Ok for instance I have listened to heavy metal music everyday for years and I have never ever thought of killing myself or someone else.. I cant understand that some people may say "My son listened to Ozzy Osbourne cd and then he killed himself".... Well true he may have but the fact that you going through your 5th divorce and your crack habit is draining the family dry doesnt have anything to do with it.. Marilyn Manson isnt bad either.. I admit I listen to him and if I played it for you wouldnt have any idea it was him unless ya looked at the cover or I told you it was him, Its an act to him to get under your skin so just try it ya might like it. So my whole thing is lay off the rules.... PMRC SUCKS!!!! Things like that just piss me off also
I love showing my Trans Am in the summer months and have a room full of trophies..I love going to shows and pulling my car off the trailer and seeing peoples reactions to it usually it is "HOLY COW I gotta show against him??!!!??" I admit I have been beaten by better and I have been beaten by worse.. Its the worse I dont care for but what do ya do the judges know all...(YEAH RIGHT... hahahaha)
I am a member of the ISCA (International Show Car Association) Ranked 2nd in the USA, and a member of the NHRA (National Hot Rod Association). Now I am co founder and President of Midwest Thunder Car Club. We do a benefit car/truck show every August. All the proceedes go towards cancer patients in the Pontiac area.
I am a HUGE fan of DRAG RACING love going fast in a straight line,really anything with MotorSports (cept NASCAR I cant grab the concept of going around in a circle and people paying money to see it and sit there and watch it..)
In real life Im the strong silent type usually sit back and view people then make fun of them.. (HAHA) no not really but I am the stong silent type to the point that you will ask me "what am I thinking??" Usually nothing bad.. I am also a romantic too I like candle lit dinners in a nice resturant and then maybe a movie after dinner, then maybe if not too late a moonlit walk or something the perfect evening.. But to the people that really know me I sometimes I have a hard time expressing how I really feel twards things and certin issues... I do let things build inside me sometimes and then I explode and I understand that isnt healthy for your mind., but then again I do say what I feel alot of the times I guess it depends on the situation where im at.. Or other times I can be so cocky to the point of being a complete asshole... I do not condone this at all I cant help that fact of me its in my genes.
I like to go out and have a good time drink a few beers kick back and have a good time with good friends ( B&R'S my other home.... who loves ya baby and whos yer daddy?)
When Im online I like to see my online friends in the rooms talk to them and see how they are and so on,I am very easy going on the net and in real life, But when I get mad look out I TAKE NO PRISONERS nobody is safe from what I say because I can be ruthless. Or I can make ya smile and laugh, and be totaly NUTS. (Right Stormy...)
