XR Meets GSXR

Behold the creation of Niklas Carle. This creature is the direct result of merging Honda XR600 DNA with equal parts from that of Suzuki's GSXR sportbike.The resulting Supermotard seen here indicates harmony betwen the species may yet be possible.The donor GSXR supplied the transplanted swing arm and 5.5" rear wheel along with front wheel that made this hybrid possible.The rest of the equation is pure Honda with some aftermarket goodies thrown in.

These freestyle pictures from Niklas demonstrate some of the fun to be had with Supermotos. Recent additions to the XR include some carbonium cosmetics. The bike has been slightly lowered. Yet to come an oil cooler and braided line.
