July 98 - Well this month has been real good for the car. Just bought an Auto Power roll cage from Hector at PR. Motorsports. Many thanks to Hector and the crew. Also bought a new rear anti-sway bar. Its the adjustable Racing Beat bar, and I had it power-coated Red.
I did manage to do a lot of reworkings, mainly electrical stuff, getting rid of a lot of loose crap, and also took out all of the heater stuff. Including everything under the dashboard. I've also just got an Optimal Battery, it's the best one out there, and it's sealed.
By the time you read this, I will have bought and installed a new 3 row Modine Radiator and a new set of rims; courtesy from a friend. Thank you, Rick, for the killer Radiator. Also by the month's end I should have a new tranny.. an RX-3SP Tranny, and a set of 4:44 gears. The car is fast enough without these, but with them ....... Oh boy ... !!!!
By next month, Im going to go for a brand new suspension system, but that all depends on a few things. Also I did a lot better at my last race for NASA in the CSP Class, with my car getting faster times everytime.
