ORIGINAL OWNER - Peter R. Moore of Maimi, Florida
Peter Moore bought the car from the dealership on 4/15/67 with 7,254 miles on the odometer. My guess is the car was used as a demo or a loaner vechicle before Peter purchased it. This information comes from the original "Notice of Tranfer of Ownership" which I found tucked inside the car's owner's manual (for some reason they gave him a 1967 Belvedere manual) inside the Satellite's glovebox.
On 1/2/67 the car had 4,116 miles on the odometer and on 2/27/69 it had 33,698. These are the only handwritten entries in the owner's manual.
The car has California black plates, which they stopped using after 1969, so I'm guessing the car was moved from Florida to California sometime before 1969.
I looked under the rear seat but the build sheet is already gone.
