Stig Bolås has been a long time member of the 120 rwhp club but was not satisfied there. Even another 35 hp of nitros wasn't enough. So... Stig turned his bike into a TurboVmax (2). Here's a closer look.... (2), (3). It made 227.5 rwhp.
In the quest for even more power he has gone with two turbos! One in the front and another in the rear! Stig says the power is quicker (less lag) and the power is made at lower boost, 14 psi vs. 17.
Stig liked the idea of twin turbo's because he is not aware of
any other other Vmax on the planet with such a set-up...it is
definately one of a kind.
