Q: Where do you live?
A: In Francavilla, a beautiful town in Italy.

Q What was your first car?
A: A Renault Clio.

Q: What car do you own now?
A: A Renault Megane.

Q: What's the fastest you've ever driven on the road?
A: I don't drive fast; I think I'm the sanest grand prix driver on the road.

Q: Are you a good cook?
A: Not really, but I can do easy stuff like pasta and pizza. As I'm an Italian, I eat a lot of pasta especially.

Q: Who would be your ideal dinner companion?
A: Any nice girl - I'm not fussy. Anyone would do!

Q: Have you ever smoked?
A: No, I've never smoked a single cigarette in my entire life.

Q: Do you like fast food?
A: No, not at all. I've already told you, my favourite food is Italian!

Q: Do you go out a lot?
A: No. I like to be at home with my parents. I don't like going out much, just listening to music and visiting my girlfriend.

Q: Whose toenails would you like to cut?
A: No-one's. I think that's a horrible idea. Is that what Europeans do in bed?

Q: Who are your racing heroes?
A: I have only one idol - Niki Lauda. When I was young I loved him. He was very quick, but he also won races because he was very clever. I also owe a lot of thanks to Flavio Briatore, because he gave me the break to get into F1.
