Q:
Did you enjoy being bald?
A: I did! I enjoyed not having to brush my hair. My
girlfriend Andrea didn't like it and nor did my mother. I'm
probably better-looking with hair, but I'm not at all nervous now
about going bald.
Q:
Will you be the top British driver this year?
A: Damon is probably going to be out of the running,
behind Eddie Irvine and myself. Last year, sometimes I finished
in front of Eddie, other times he finished in front of me. I'd
like to be the top Brit, but we'll have to wait and see.
Q:
What did you do for Hogmanay?
A: I was with some friends in a villa in Switzerland,
which was only the second time I've not been Scotland for New
Year. It was just to try something different.
Q:
Is there anything you dislike about Monaco?
A: Not having a garden or garage. But I like living
their because, as I come from a village, it's nice to be able to
nip places rather than having to drive forever, which I can do.
Q:
What is your one great luxury?
A: Having the ability to travel, which comes from having
the finances to do it.
Q:
Who do you most admire in F1?
A: Sid Watkins. He's an amazing guy, especially the way
he can talk so matter-of-factly about the job he does.
Q:
Do you have a favourite comedian?
A: Billy Connolly, of course!
