About this Website:

This page was created by myself after building a large collection of images from around the internet. I wanted to build a webpage containing images/pictures from all around the 'net, specifically with Copyright logos removed, without losing image quality. In some cases, when I have downloaded from f1-live.com for instance, I remove the logos that appear on the image itself with certain computer programs. I do not at all take credit whatsoever for any images taken by others. The main purpose of this website is to combine the most motorsport images on the internet and make it one huge archive, instead of going to 20 different sites and sometimes loading the same images that were on other pages. The page is intended to be available to anyone, and I have tried to make the page formed to load quickly, instead of waiting and waiting. Your comments about the site are always appreciated by emailing me at the address below.

I have credited images where necessary on the credit/links page. If your website is not credited please email me at [email protected] . I intend to update the website every week or fortnight with the latest images from races. The process for putting new images on the site, e.g. the 1999 races is quite time-consuming; however, I will try to get the images online as soon as possible.

If you were wondering what happened when this site originally opened and then a few months later closed down, this is what happened: The spree.com server was ridiculously slow, and was sometimes a real pain in the butt to work with when trying to upload onto the site. Also time was a major factor, being that to organise the site was becoming a problem.

Hopefully soon I will give the site a domain name. Some other things that are in the works, or I hope to include in the next 12 months are possibly a sounds page, or more likely a video page with quicktime/.avi/.mpeg movies from motorcycle races to Champcars to Formula 1. Also, an area with articles about specific issues/weekends at different Grands Prix, or reviews of motorsport books/videos. I might type up articles from magazines such as F1 Racing, Autosport or possibly chapters/paragraphs from motorsport books.
