The reverse light wire hook-up runs from a plug (two spade type terminals actually) on the tranny, through the shift boot into the cabin - there's a little wiring harness, then it goes up into the dash somewhere, I don't know where.� The plug on the tranny is on the passenger side almost near the top of the transmission.� If you can see the fill plug on the side, go straight up about four inches and there it is.
