CFD Simulation of Internal Combustion Engines
This site is dedicated mainly to the computational fluid dynamics
(CFD) used for simulation of internal combustion engines
Internal Combustion Engine's (ICE) working process
strongly lies upon the fluid flow phenomena.
Therefore performance of engines must/can be more or less successfully predicted by
numerical simulation using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology.
The detalization level and usefullness of applied models may be different,
but in the most detailed formulation this task is especially challenging for CFD.
I hope this site will be interesting and useful to those who want to learn more about CFD's capabilities in ICE simulation.
