Professional Car Stereo Competitor
1985 Jeep Cherokee with a stereo I built and adapted to reach spl in excess of 160dB.  My accomplishments, in the past two years, with this ongoing project are 5 World Records for the loudest Amateur competitor in the Unlimited wattage category (2 dB Drag Racing World Records, 3 National Sound Pressure League World Records).  Now I am sponsored by Digital Designs, Crossfire Car Audio, StreetGlow Inc., Kenwood USA Corporation, Interstate Batteries, and Virginia Tech.

1997-1998 mini-Baja Team
I am in charge of creating, testing, and running the first hybrid-electric Baja car.  I am completing the tasks by using an 8hp Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine, two 24-volt alternators, two 12-volt batteries wired in series to 24-volts, and 4.5kVa electric motor.

Vibrations and Acoustics Laboratory (VAL)
Fabricated a lot of speaker boxes as well as setting up acoustic tests, and working on research projects for NASA- Langley.
