1956 saw the lauch of the eleven, a further development of the previous models.
This car had a new spaceframe chassis, revised suspension, rack & pinion steeering, all round disc brakes and a hand made aluminium body.
The eleven was intended for competition, but was road legal.
The Club was available with either 1100cc or 1500cc Coventry Climax engines.
The Sports came with a 1172cc Ford engine and a 3-speed gearbox.
While the Le Mans had a 1500cc Coventry Climax engine and a 4-speed gearbox.
Eleven production ran until 1958.
Front and rear body sections were pivoted to maximise access and the car had the option of twin fuel tanks for long-distance sports car events.
