Bought in 1984 used, this 1975 1.8 liter orphan was in pretty sad shape. Work was done to the engine converting to Dellorto Carbs from the incomplete original Fuel Injection. � The fenders were cut for the Chalon Body Kit and then it sat for 9 years out in the weather before resuming with project. Finally the body was finished and the engine/trans were rebuilt. A 96mm big-jug (2.0 liter)kit was installed as well as a WebCam hydraulic cam and HD oil pump. A Bursch exhaust system completed the engine. Custom carpets inside and in trunks were made as well as custom console for HiTech CD/Stereo. The round tube in front of Pass. seat is Subwoofer. Painted with Porsche Guards Red lacquer (8 coats) This is a daily driver (100mi/day). Every thing replaceable was replaced. I have about $17K in the project.
