Here are some pictures of the Corvair after getting it back from the body shop. 11-07-1998 These are pictures after the new fender was installed. These were taken with the new panels installed. New panels where replaced on both sides. Here whe have the new floor pans installed. They replaced fiberglass pans that had been installed a few years ago. The metal makes for a much better job. Here it is after the rear glass was removed. And a side shot of the new front fender. And of course a sign that I made to make sure no one tried to steal the Corvairs parking space. I took the Corvair to the body shop to get some of the major work done due to time. I really wanted to try and get it as far along as I could, as quickly as possible. This car has sat for along time and I wanted to try and finish it so that we could start enjoying it. Of course we all know you can't rush and get a good job!
