Tuesday Evening at
"Bassetts Pole Pub"

Chicanes was a Motorsport bar, and in May of 1998 the Birmingham based A5 bike mag RPM sponsored a bike evening there, the event took off, and up until the end of last summer every Tuesday would see a couple of hundred bikes parked in the car park.

It was also a restaurant as well as a bar, and the Midland Ixion food fest was held there at the end of last year. And what top food they served there!! Bloody fantastic!!!

It's now closed, and it's been taken over by McCrapFood....Sorry, I mean McDonalds

And now.....

Everyone now uses the pub next door, :o) I've not been this year, but I'm told that it's huge. If it's anything like the old Chicanes meets it's well worth a visit
