This Capri, owned by Bryan Charles, is identical to mine with a few differences. I have different wheels than Bryan. From the factory they were equipted with the "TRX" handling package including metric sized wheels and special tires from Michelin. Great tires at the time but poor by today's standards. From the factory our cars had red/orange stripes and RSTurbo insignia on the fenders. Similar to the GT Turbo. For now my Capri does not have these and when it was last painted I had the silver along the bottom brought up to the mid line.
Here you can see that Bryan has equiped his car with a wing from a Asc McLaren Capri. I have been thinking of adding one of these. Bryan has also added a rear skirt.
Here is a Asc McLaren Capri Hatchback. I am trying to get more info than what I know so I can speak a little more intelligently on the subject. To be honest i never really liked the 87' and up Asc McLaren mustangs but the European style convertible top is pretty cool. I kinda like the older model McLaren Mustangs and Capri convertibles but I like the hatchback Capri the best. I'm biased though.
