June 13 - The OVDCA was once again well represented at hte second annual UDRA Dirt Nationals held June 13th at Eldora Speedway. For the second year in a row, area sprint car driver Charlie Fisher was the feature winner. OVDCA points leader Chad Pendleton was third, while Jeff Staggers finished seventh. Bob Miller had a top ten run in the works until mechanical gremlins put him out. Wayne Fitzpatrick rounded out the OVDCA A-main participants with an 18th place finish. Other OVDCA members competing included Mike Weisburg, Shawn Stevens, Tracy Fritter, Greg Watson, Doug Eagle, Jason Glick, Gordon Wallace, Ike Carter, Max Evans, Bill Hostetler, Spence Stearns, Kelly Moore, Mike Rector, Shilo Miller, Chuck Engler, and John Rine.
