New members must be approved by the board (Pres., V.P., and Sec./Treasurer), based on attitude and goals pertaining to their truck/car. We gladly accept under construction vehicles in the club, but we do expect to see progress as time goes by.

New Members are required to purchase a window graphic from Fast Signs. The maximum cost will be $15 for a decal like the one on all of our cars. Smaller ones will be less depending on size. New members have 2 weeks from time of acceptance to get a graphic. Any member who goes longer than 2 weeks will be placed on suspension until they obtain the graphic. We feel this is a reasonable amount of time. Graphics show pride in the club, and let others know about us.

All NEW members will pay $15 a month towards dues for the first 3 months. After three months, it will drop to $10 a month, with the option to pay more. Dues will be payable to the Treasurer on the first of the month. Any members more than seven days late with dues will be placed on suspension.

DUES are very important to the well being of our club. The treasurer will account for all club funds on the first of the month. Why do we pay dues?.....To afford things like business cards banners T-shirt�s. As we progress and gain more members we will be able to do bigger and better things with our club funds, like a free T-shirts to new members and so on...

Just in case you were wondering...suspension can be thought of like this:
Any member who stays on suspension for more than 30 days without correcting the problem, or making an arrangement with the board will be dropped from the club, with a chance for re-evaluation in 2 months.

MEETINGS: We will try to have regular get-togethers to keep everyone up to date. In the event of a formal meeting being called by the board, we will give you at least 4days notice, and will try to work around everyone's schedules. Otherwise, we will keep in contact through phones, pagers and E-mails.

RULES AND REGULATIONS: Basically, we require you to have a good attitude and have fun. But on a more serious note, absolutely No drinking and driving. We want to maintain a good reputation for our club. We will not permit anyone other than those licensed with the state to carry a concealed weapon. No illegal drugs, selling or using. Anyone found out to have committed any of the above mentioned violations will immediately be banned from the club. You may be re-evaluated for membership in six months, after you have had enough time to correct your problems. In addition, anything done to disgrace the club will be brought before the board, and depending on the seriousness of the situation, may be placed on suspension for a time or just plain banned from the club. Again, we want to maintain a good reputation, and cannot do so with a bunch of INSANE CLOWNS. The board reserves the rights to final say in all disputes. We will try to attend any shows in the area, and would like all members to attend and support other members, even if you are not prepared to enter yourself. As previously stated, we welcome vehicles that are under construction. However, if you fail to show progress, or initiative to progress, the board may vote to suspend you until progress is made.

BOTTOM LINE: We want every one to have fun and take pride in their ride and our club. If we all work together, we can have a lot of fun and accomplish a lot as well.
