CIVIC Si/TYPE R front swaybar installation on DX hatchback (6/05/99)

disconnect the exhaust pipe and unbolt
the 2 shift linkage to give way to
the installation of the sway bar

These are the front lower control arms
LEFT: DX arm, solid iron, 2 pieces
RIGHT: Si arm, stamped steel, single piece

The difference are:
DX arm has no mounting hole for a sway bar
Si arm is slightly lighter

LEFT Si fork notice it's wider than the DX/EX fork on the RIGHT

this is the 26mm Si swaybar
not an easy bolt-on on EX coupes and sedans
they have different end linkages

Every thing bolts up neatly!

Gotta get rid of those tiny brakes!

another look at the swaybar
Si have vertical connections to the endlinks
while the other civic models are horizontal

these are the useless DX parts
I wonder what to do to them?
