  - Abstract

·  Wankel Rotary Engines are unique and simple powerplants but unfortunately they are not immune to problems.  With virtually three moving parts, it seems these engines should last significantly longer than conventional reciprocating engines, and for the better part, they do.

·  Unfortunately, we all have different driving habits and this is always reflected in our repair bills.  Since these engines require different maintenance schedules specific to rotary engines, it is not uncommon for many people to be unaware and often overlook some very critical aspects of such a schedule.

·  If you've ever experienced a situation where your Mazda "flooded" upon start-up, the engine might be experiencing some compression loss.  Compression is a critical factor in these engines, and being low to begin with, any decrease will severely affect performance.  The worst enemy of these engines is carbon build-up on and around critical seals and springs.  There are, of course, many other factors that will invariably affect compression, namely worn housing surfaces, worn or broken seals and/or damaged rotors.

·  We offer remanufactured rotary engines at a lower price because we've had the opportunity to estimate and research what the basic requirements are, as well as where money could be saved without compromising the integrity of our product.

·  We also offer various remanufactured chassis parts.  Again, this is a cheaper alternative to purchasing these units new.
