This is my current project, a 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T. It had been in storage for approx. 5 years when I got it. This shot was taken after an engine had been installed and a bunch of work had been performed on it, new brakes, front end and a lot of other small items. Originally in 1971 this car was B5 blue with a black vinyl top and high price class interior. It came with a 340 and a pistol grip 4 speed with a HP 3.91:1 sure grip rear end. No uneccesary frill accessories that might interfere with performance like A/C or power steering came with this car. As you can see 20+ years of street fighting and abussive owners (not including the one before me) have taken there toll. My mission is to restore this car to the way it rolled out of the showroom 27 years ago. Check back from time to time as I will be adding a section to the page dedicated to its restoration.
