We all wondered if we would even get to race with the weather looking like it might get nasty. But we got it in.

Started 10th, outside line. On the start 3 cars got together behind us and we had a caution before 1 lap was counted. So we double file restarted again. Dropped back to about 12th to get to the inside line. Everyone seemed to be pretty patient at this time.

About the halfway point 3 cars were going a lap down, we were still just outside the top 10. Trying to pass the car in front of us, a lapped car was going down the middle of the back stretch, Bob took the inside the other car went to the outside, and we headed into turn 3 three wide !!!

The lapped car failed to back out and got into the right side of Bob and then the left side of the other car and spun him out. After the restart things sort of settled down again. Until lap 36 when a car behind us, coming through 1 and 2 got impatient and got into the rear of Bob's car and spun them both out. That sent us from 11th back to 15th, where we finished.
