The top picture is my 1993 Lightning and the black Lightning picture is my
most recent picture of my 1995 Lightning. The bottom picture is a picture
of me, staging at New England Drag Way during the season on 1999. I'm
racing a yellow mustang, but of course I'm running all stock and the
mustang had NOS, so you know who won. If you look at the other pics on the
other side of Randy's Lightning page, you will see my black SVT with a
white SVT together, click on those and you'll see who I have fun with at
the track now. I was going to the track one day and saw this Lightning
pull out of bank parking lot and I knew it was going to the drag stripe. I
did what I had to do at the bank and got onto RT 27 and caught up to this
white SVT Lightning. When I got to the track, the proud owner of this
truck belonged to Jason Morrow. We have been racing each other ever since.
We have a great time and in the beginning, I was kicking butt, but then he
made some adjustments and now it's all timing and who gets off the line
first. That's to close if you ask me! My Lightning is all stock with the
exception of power pulleys and a changed K&N filter. I now have 100,000
miles on my Lightning and it's pulling 15.0's and when the truck is cool I
can get it to go 14.9 on the quarter mile at 90mph. The white SVT is doing
the same times' as I am with only 22,000 miles on it. So yes your truck
will make it over the 100,000 mile marker without a problem. My SVT still
runs strong and it doesn't feel like it has that many miles on it. I love
it and now I don't know what else I want to do to it, to make it go

OCTOBER 20TH, AT NEW ENGLAND DRAGWAY I FINALLY BROKE A 14.80 @
90MPH,WITH 104,000 MILES ON MY LIGHTNING.
